Hooray for Apes and Clocks! They brought the Brooklyn to the 04841 and were perfect ambassadors for the empire state. In return, we brought out the big guns:
How about that for a finale? A Sea Princess, a Sea Princess's deputy, Blackbeard, King Neptune, and the Weaselette? The Dalai Lama should be so honored.

This was our first lobster festival and we loved it.....y'all know how to throw a great party. :)
That last picture? Scout looks a bit scared (of beards? of Brooklynites? who can say?)
She is perplexed as to why her father is dressed as a pro golfer.
That's it!
As I left the house this morning, toddler under arm, diaper bag in hand, wearing an outrageously loud pair of shorts, horrid white sneakers and a dirty old t shirt I thought to myself "At least I'm not dressed as strangely as Weasel".
I really did.
Standards, dear boy, standards. Just because one may live next door to a chav, it does not mean one must adopt their traditional garb.
Sorry.
Maine was fabulous and the Weasels were perfect hosts. Scout initially gave Jamie the stinkeye, but I think she was ready to come along for a ride with me! Thanks again for the hospitality.
